Hey beautiful!! My name is Suzy, and I am the owner of el Boutique. El Boutique aspires to make you feel comfortable in what you wear, as if it were made specifically for you. I strive to help others in every way I can, which is why I wanted to open up my own store. Women need to feel confident! Together, we can make this a space that is “women empowered” and “body positive”.

The name came to me while I attended Queens University of Charlotte. Spanish is my native language, so I wanted to incorporate that in the name. When people think of el Boutique, I want them to think of it as "THE it place." "THE place to go." "THE one stop shop." "THE Sugar Honey Ice Tea."

Since I was 16, the most common question asked working in retail was "is everything made in China?" For the most part the answer has been yes. We wanted to exclusively sell products made in the USA, but the store was meant to do more by supporting small female designers, carrying eco friendly lines, and brands focused on helping women through economic opportunities. Everyone wants to be included yet exclusive, so we brought in a variety of styles and sizes, offering the option to special order.  

Whether you are a first time or a long time shopper, we just want to thank you for taking the time getting to know us and being here. It means more to us than you will ever know.
